Our Career-Ready program facilitates residents’ professional development and progression into the workforce through a number of programs, initiatives and partnerships.
Our students can access workshops on professional skills such as goal setting, interview skills, or writing cover letters, and work one-on-one with a tutor to create an excellent resume.
Residents are invited to Faculty and Professional dinners where they can hear directly from experts in their fields and have a chance to network with experienced professionals.
Working with the Deans and the Advancement team, residents can be connected with a Wyvern or Visiting Scholar with experience in their field for mentoring and career guidance.
Students can also apply for internships and on-campus work such as tutoring (MCR and 3rd-year students only); work as an IT intern, in our marketing and social media department, in the Library, as a College photographer, or in catering/housekeeping.
