IT and the Internet plays a central role in university life and Queen’s College has invested heavily in this area to ensure the College and residents benefit from it.
Intranet
The intranet is a internal website that is the central source of info about what is happening in College and is accessible from within the college, the university or even at home. This website is updated by the residents several times a day and contains everything from the latest news, photos, gossip, videos, and serious discussion.
It’s impossible to convey in writing how central the intranet is with the College community, so if you get a chance to tour Queen’s College, ask your guide to give you a demonstration!
